Ingredients :
- Diced cucumber, tomatoes and onion
- Gluten-Free Orzo (1 bag)
- Feta cheese
- Olive oil
- 1 lemon
Preparation :
- Boil the gluten-free orzo in a liter of water for 10 to 13 minutes, rinse thoroughly after cooking.
- Mix it with the other 3 ingredients
- Add diced feta cheese
- Suggested dressing: olive oil, vinegar or lemon, crazy salt or traditional salt, pepper and especially dried mint (that's what makes all the difference)!
