Ingredients :

  • Diced cucumber, tomatoes and onion
  • Gluten-Free Orzo (1 bag)
  • Feta cheese
  • Olive oil
  • 1 lemon

Preparation :

  • Boil the gluten-free orzo in a liter of water for 10 to 13 minutes, rinse thoroughly after cooking.
  • Mix it with the other 3 ingredients
  • Add diced feta cheese
  • Suggested dressing: olive oil, vinegar or lemon, crazy salt or traditional salt, pepper and especially dried mint (that's what makes all the difference)!
