Not satisfied with our products? No problem.

• We accept returns up to 10 days after receipt of your order.
• Free return shipping
• No restocking (exchange???) fees

Items not accepted :

• No final sale items accepted
• No items not in their original packaging

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept exchanges up to 10 days after receipt of your order, if the item is unopened and in its original condition. We will refund the total amount of the order minus the return shipping costs.

Should your order arrive damaged, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible to creationdelicia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
