Shipping & Fees

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will be notified again when your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout once your address has been entered.

For Quebec, we offer free delivery on all purchases of $80 or more before applicable taxes. There is a fixed charge of $12.

Delivery charges for Canada (excluding Quebec) :

Please allow 3 to 9 business days for delivery within Quebec. The charge is $15 flat.

Pick-up at our workshop

You can avoid shipping charges with free local pickup at our Montreal headquarters. After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 3 to 5 business days. We'll send you an e-mail when your order is ready, with instructions.

Our store pick-up hours are between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Please bring your order confirmation e-mail with you.

Checking order status

When your order ships, you'll receive an e-mail notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us at creationdelicia@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will review it for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept exchanges up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is. unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the total amount of the order minus the return shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at creationdelicia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
