Delicious crème brûlée

A little treat that will please your loved one. A homemade crème brûlée filled with love and flavor! Ingredients:

  • ½ cup date sugar
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • ½ cup date sugar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Degla date sugar
  • Blowtorch

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 C (325 F)
  2. Gently heat the cream and vanilla extract
  3. Whisk egg yolks and sugar until combined
  4. Slowly add the heated cream without stopping whisking
  5. Pour into 4 ramekins and cook in a bain-marie
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool then refrigerate for at least 4 hours
  7. When serving, sprinkle with date sugar and caramelize with a blowtorch.
