A little treat that will please your loved one. A homemade crème brûlée filled with love and flavor! Ingredients:
- ½ cup date sugar
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- ½ cup date sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Degla date sugar
- Blowtorch
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 170 C (325 F)
- Gently heat the cream and vanilla extract
- Whisk egg yolks and sugar until combined
- Slowly add the heated cream without stopping whisking
- Pour into 4 ramekins and cook in a bain-marie
- Remove from the oven and let cool then refrigerate for at least 4 hours
- When serving, sprinkle with date sugar and caramelize with a blowtorch.
