To make this happiness in the mouth, you will need:
Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup date sugar
- 1 C. vanilla soup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup semi-salted butter, melted
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 C. baking powder soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt tea
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Roasted almonds and hazelnuts
- Date syrup (for finishing)
Preparation :
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs for a good 5 minutes. The preparation will thus be lighter.
- Add the date sugar, vegetable oil, melted butter and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Place the mixture in a socket and fill the muffin tins.
- Bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once cooked, unmold and leave to cool on a rack.
- As beige is not very sweet, we can have fun “decorating” it by adding our date syrup like icing.
- To taste, add sprinkle with roasted almonds and hazelnuts!
