Salted chocolate bark recipe with liquid salt

Why use liquid salt instead of traditional salt ? In this recipe, spraying the salt helps even out the salty taste throughout the chocolate rather than just having pieces of salt. In addition, Creation Délicia's Original Liquid Salt is less rich in sodium. The taste is therefore more subtle and does not take up all the space in the mouth. It's simply perfect! For this recipe, we used Original Liquid Salt coming from a pure and 100% natural thermal spring located in Sidi Smaïl in Tunisia. It is an unprocessed salt which has a good salting power (while being low in sodium) and which is rich in minerals. Very practical and truly original in use.

  1. In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat (or parchment paper). Spread the blueberries, pumpkin seeds and coconut. Finish by spraying with Creation Délicia Original Liquid Salt .
  3. Freeze for 15 minutes and break the chocolate slab into pieces.

Creation Delicia liquid salt is ideal for this recipe since you just need to spray it on the chocolate to give it its taste! This avoids having pieces of salt that are too hard to bite and it helps to standardize the taste, which is perfect!
