Ingredients :
- ½ avocado
- ½ banana
- ½ lemon with peel
- ½ medium pineapple, peeled
- 1 pitted mango
- 2 tbsp. plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp. teaspoon of Degla Creation Delicia date sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- A few ice cubes to taste
Preparation :
- Place the mango, pineapple and lemon in the juicer
- Pour the mixture into the blender and add the banana, avocado, sugar and yogurt
Ingredients :
- ¼ tsp. teaspoon of salt
- ¼ tsp. teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 C. tablespoons of peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon of date sugar Creation Delicia
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 4 lemon slices
Preparation :
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or zipped bag and place the 4 chicken breasts there.
- Leave the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight).
- Grill in a pan and serve with a delicious green salad.
- Add a few walnut kernels
Ingredients :
For the vinaigrette:
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Degla Création Delicia date sugar
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
For the salad:
- 2 cups baby spinach
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- ½ cup sliced pear
- ½ cup walnut kernels
Preparation :
- Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients and set aside.
- Mix salad ingredients and drizzle with dressing before eating.
Ingredients :
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp Degla Création Delicia date sugar
- ½ cup cashew butter (or other nut of your choice)
- 104 ml applesauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa
- 2 tbsp. tbsp sunflower oil
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation:
- Pour all the ingredients into a food processor to form a ball.
- Spread the dough by hand to obtain a dough with a thickness of 3 inches.
- Cut out with a cookie cutter and sprinkle with date sugar.
- Refrigerate on a plate and let sit for 1 hour.
