• Combine 1 tablespoon of Heart of Dates mixture with 200 ml of boiling water.
• Leave to infuse for 2 minutes, filter and enjoy.
• Add a little cinnamon, ginger, vanilla or nutmeg (to taste).
• Prepared with a filter or French press coffee maker.
