Summer pasta salad with avocado and walnuts

INGREDIENTS :

PREPARATION :

  1. Mash the avocado and add the basil leaves, lemon (cut into very small cubes) and olive oil. Mix to obtain a nice consistent cream.
  2. Cook the pasta of your choice and mix with the avocado cream.
  3. Spray the liquid salt and spread the walnuts on top and enjoy.
  4. Eat hot or cold.
