An easy dessert that everyone will enjoy! Ingredients :
- 150 ml of water
- 40g butter
- 30 g of Degla date sugar
- 110 g flour
- 2 eggs
Preparation :
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter and date sugar, bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, wait 2 minutes, incorporate the flour gently with a wooden spoon until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Spread the dough in the bowl, let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Incorporate one egg at a time into the dough and mix well by hand until you obtain a very firm texture.
- Place the dough in a pastry bag (fitted with a star tip) and pipe the dough down into the frying pan, about 4 inches long, until the dough turns golden brown.
